Prof. Lauren Weingarden pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for your students to study abroad in Paris with me in Summer 2011.
Prof. Weingarden will be directing and teaching a 6-week program (June 29-Aug 9, 2011) – Paris: The Artistic Avant-garde and the Museums of Paris –two joint classes for undergraduate or graduate credit through Florida State University’s International Programs.
The classroom is the City of Light itself, with on-site lectures and discussions in such major museums as the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Centre Georges Pompidou. Other key locations include the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and the Musée Picasso, and excurstions to Chartres, Versailles, and Giverny.
