The MadRush Undergraduate Research Conference seeks outstanding undergraduate research or writing in any Humanities or Social Science discipline. Information on submission and abstract format may also be found at the MAD-RUSH website—http://madrushjmu.wordpress.com/
The Conference is scheduled for Saturday, 9 April 2011 at James Madison University, Harrisonburg, VA.
How to Apply—Each student should submit a 100-150 word abstract of their project to Dr. J. Chris Arndt at arndtjc@jmu.edu or to the MAD-RUSH website no later than 5:00 PM Monday, 10 January. (Online submission of conference abstracts will be available beginning 1 December 2010. Email abstracts may be sent immediately.) Groups of students are also invited to submit panel sessions on related paper topics.
