The Ohio Academy of History seeks papers in all fields of history for its annual regional conference. Papers may deal with any area or time period, including World, Latin American, African, Asian, European, as well as American. Proposals focusing on historiography, methodology, pedagogy, public history are also welcome. Proposals may consist of individual papers, sessions on a common theme, or discussion
panels. Paper sessions generally include three papers (20 minutes each) and a chair or commentator. The best papers will be refereed for publication in the Academy’s Proceedings. Submit proposals no later than 1 November 2010 to the Program Committee Chairperson Marsha Robinson, Otterbein University.
Proposals must include:
• a title and 150-word abstract of each paper
• a short biography, resume, or curriculum vita (two pages or less) of each participant
• telephone numbers and e-mail and mailing addresses
Those interested in chairing or commenting on papers should contact the committee chairperson with
their areas of expertise.
