The Editorial Board of the Journal of Cultural Studies hereby invites you to contribute scholarly papers to its 2011 and 2012 issues. The forthcoming issues are not theme-specific; original contributions are therefore expected from various spheres of cultural studies. The journal explores critical perceptions of cultures and cultural experiences in varying modes of discourses that could significantly impact upon human and societal imagination and experiences. Its dimensions of interest include oral and written literatures, languages, performance arts, the media, high and popular culture, and such humanistic and social disciplines and issues that are of some specific or general cultural interest. Articles submitted to the journal should normally not exceed 25 A4 pages, typed double-spaced in MS Word. Bibliographic referencing should follow the MLA style. An abstract of between 150 and 200 words and a bio-data of the author should accompany each submission. Papers submitted to the journal should not be under consideration by any other publication.
