Call for Panel Proposals: JSAA Biennial Conference, Melbourne, July 2011
We are now calling for panel and poster proposals for the Biennial Conference of the Japanese Studies Association of Australia to be held at the University of Melbourne on 4~7 July 2011.
We strongly recommend that members submit full panel proposals rather than individual papers. We hope that senior colleagues will facilitate the inclusion of early career researchers and postgraduates in panels, and that panels will include a good mix of senior and junior colleagues, with attention paid to gender balance and diversity.
Individual paper-givers may wish to consider a poster session, particularly if the paper makes extensive use of visual materials, graphics, charts, tables, graphs or statistics.
Panel and poster proposals should be e-mailed to
by 15 December 2010.
