Papers on Canadian History for a Mexican History Journal
Call for Papers Date:
I am looking for contributors for a special issue of a Mexican international history journal dedicated to Canada. I hope to gather 4 or 5 articles that address issues in Canadian history that should be of interest to a Mexican academic readership, such as comparative colonialism, European-native relations, NAFTA, relations with the US, etc., as well as a general article on Canadian historiography.
This is an ideal opportunity for young scholars, especially those specializing in Canadian history but with an understanding of Mexican history and historiography.
All articles will be professionally translated into Spanish from English or French. Articles will be due in the summer of 2011, for publication in early 2012.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you're interested in this exciting and unusual project.
