Please note that JSTOR has issues of HEQ going back to the first issue, in 1961, to 2004. Individual issues can be browsed and searched. (The table of contents for each issue and the index to volumes can be accessed and subject terms and author names are searchable.) Many libraries subscribe to JSTOR and to HEQ and thus the table of contents for older issues, i.e. 1961-2004, and for more recent years, i.e. 2005 to the present, are widely available in electronic format.
