The third annual conference of Turkish Language Teaching will be held on December 16,17 and 18, 2010, in Izmir Turkey.

Turkish language teaching department of Faculty of Education, Dokuz Eylul University, welcomes all the academicians and scholars to the Third International Congress on Turkish as a World Language. The congress will bring together scholars, educators, students and the public to explore current issues in teaching Turkish as a mother tongue, teaching Turkish as a foreign language, the problems encountered in the teaching procedures,new methods and techniques in this area, and teaching Turkish and literature. Our 2010 theme highlights the convergence of scholarship and contemporary pedagogy in all areas of teaching Turkish and related disciplines.
