Se trata de la segunda reunión en el marco del proyecto de cooperación internacional "Guerra, Commercio e Neutralità nell’Europa d’Antico Regime (1648-1789)" en el que participan la Università di Pisa, Università Ca' Foscari de Venecia, Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne, Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes y la Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla.
