As Interest Council chair of Rhetoric and Public Address in the Pennsylvania Communication Association, I would like to issue this call for papers or abstracts of papers in progress. I especially encourage faculty and graduate students in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania working on themes related to issues in rhetoric and public address to submit work in progress. Electronic submission of manuscripts or abstracts is strongly encouraged at agm6@psu.edu. Further details about the conference follow.
