Call for papers, Latin American Studies. Conference date: September 30 to October 2, 2010. Deadline for submissions: July 1, 2010. Papers may relate to any aspect of Latin America, but preference will be given to papers related to the conference theme. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words in length. Papers will be accepted in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. Presentations should not exceed 20 minutes in length. Subjects may include, but are not limited to: history, art, anthropology, economics, education, forestry, geography, health, literature, linguistics, music, and sociology.
