Notes and Records is a new peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal that aims to examine connections between Africans and the African Diaspora and encourage fresh and rigorous scholarship related to issues of slavery, politics, history, culture, music/dance, literature, gender, globalization, war, resistance and civil rights movements, among others.
