Proposals for papers and panel discussion topics (focused as much as possible on The Doctor’s Dilemma and John Bull’s Other Island, or on comparisons between them and other plays in the Festival repertory: see www.shawfest.com) should be sent to Dr. Leonard Conolly, preferably as an attachment to an email, including a 300-500 word abstract. Those applying for ISS / Shaw Festival scholarships/grants should submit additional information (see the website). Deadline is April 15, 2010.
