The Third International Conference on International Studies 2010 (ICIS 2010) will emphasize on the prospect of An Asian Century if it realizes in the 21st Century. The main theme of the Conference is “A New Asian Century: Dynamic and Implications” which gives special focus on the speculation of a future Asian century which is based on population growth, political transformation and economic growth forecasts, as well as the growing power of China, India, Korea, Japan and Indonesia, and generally the growth in East Asia, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Besides, issues surrounding A New Asian Century will also be discussed whether it will bring more harmony and prosperity, plus avoiding conflict in the future or it is just a copy of world domination as what happened during the Pax Britannica in 19th Century and the Pax Americana in 20th Century.
