Call for Papers: The Northeast Conference on British Studies (NECBS).
^he deadline for receipt of paper and panel proposals is March 15, 2010. the meeting will be held in Burlington, Vermont on Friday and Saturday, September 24th and 25th, 2010. Please submit proposals in electronic form to Margaret R. Hunt, mrhunt@amherst.edu.
We solicit the participation of scholars in all areas of British Studies, broadly defined. In particular, we welcome proposals for interdisciplinary panels that draw on the work of historians, literary critics, and scholars in other disciplines whose focus is on Britain and its empire, from the Middle Ages to the present.
