STRUCTURE
The symposium will feature keynote speakers and invite discussion papers by leading national and international scholars as well as diverse representation of youths and members of the Kenyan community. There will be three plenary sessions, one per day of the symposium and numerous break out sessions whose structure will be disseminated upon receipts of abstract and confirmation of attendance
SYMPOSIUM SUB-THEMES
a)Youth and their role in the Healing and Reconciliation Process.
b) Youth Leadership and initiative in the Justice and in the Peace Process.
c) Youth Empowerment: Promoting business, Employment and Recreation/leisure.
d) Youth and Ethnicity: Implications for Nation Building.
e) Gender and Education in the peace process.
