The Commonwealth of Nations celebrated the 60th anniversary of the London Declaration in April 2009, and welcomed Rwanda as its newest member in November. Following these events, a one-day conference will take place at the Institut Charles V (Université Paris-Diderot) in Paris, on 26 March 2010.
