The Department of History at California State University, San Marcos has updated its graduate studies homepage with new information on its Master of Arts Degree in History that offers digital history training. The program offers courses on traditional historiography as well as on the critical assessment of digital history and media along with hands-on digital history training. For a culminating project, students in the program have the option of writing a traditional thesis or producing a project using new digital technologies. Past faculty and student projects are included on the site under the link “Digital History Projects.” Deadline for Fall 2010 applications will close March 15, 2010.
