Seeking panelists for a panel that will explore the historical interaction between the food industry and the environment, particularly policy and consumerism. The panel could focus on the 19th or 20th century depending on research interests of those interested.

Submission procedure requires:
• a complete mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and affiliation for each participant
• a prospectus of no more than 250 words for each presentation; and
• a vita of no more than 500 words for each participant
