The Mid-Atlantic Almanack, the annual refereed journal of the Mid-Atlantic Popular/ American Culture Association, seeks submissions for its fall 2010 issue, volume 19. The Almanack publishes articles on various aspects of popular culture. Preference will be given to simply-written articles that communicate ideas clearly to diverse academic audiences, avoiding undefined or unnecessary disciplinary jargon. In each edition, the editors attempt to provide as much variety in the subject matter and critical/historical approaches as the year's submissions permit. For more information and to read the online version of the journal, vist our website. The preferred method of delivery or inquiries is e-mail to Thomas M. Kitts, editor, kittst@stjohns.edu.
