The Fort Abraham Lincoln Foundation is hosting an undergraduate history conference in conjunction with its Annual Fort Lincoln History Symposium. The conference welcomes original submissions on any topic related to the history of the American West, though preference will be given to papers on regional topics related to the northern plains. It is open only to undergraduate students who were enrolled during the 2009-2010 academic year and will not have begun a graduate program by July 2010.
Each submission should: include a title page (the title of the submission, the student’s name, and academic affiliation), include an outline of the submission, and be written in Chicago style.
The deadline for submissions is May 15, 2010. Only electronic submissions will be reviewed. Please send them to conference@fortlincoln.org. Students will be notified whether or not their submissions were accepted by June 15, 2010.
