Senegal & The Gambia: Traditions, Globalization, and Tourism in West Africa is a five-week program designed to provide students with an introduction to West African cultures and traditions, and an exploration of the growing centrality of tourism as an increasingly significant sector of the global economy. The program is open to graduate and undergraduate students nationally, who are interested in subjects as diverse as Africana Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Tourism Management, Modern Languages, and more; or students who simply want to learn more about their heritage, or experience another culture. The program is educational, entertaining, compelling, and life-changing. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
