The METU Conference on International Relations is the oldest annual conference in Turkey on international relations and brings together scholars from all around the world as well as from Turkey to discuss a wide variety of topics organized into approximately 40-50 panels and roundtables. This year’s conference will be organized in cooperation with the Political Science and International Relations Programme of the METU Northern Cyprus Campus.
Middle East Technical University (METU) Department of International Relations calls for proposals for pre-organised panels, roundtables and individual papers for its annual ninth METU Conference on International Relations to be held on May 20-22, 2010 in Güzelyurt, METU Northern Cyprus Campus.

The Conference invites abstracts for individual papers or complete panel proposals. All abstracts and panel proposals should be submitted before March 5th, 2010.
CONFERENCE TIMETABLE
March 5, 2010 : Final date for submission of panel proposals and paper abstracts
March 19, 2010 : Authors will be informed of acceptance of their applications
April 9, 2010 : Last day for pre-registration (A late registration fee will be charged after this date)
May 7, 2010 : Final date for submission of papers
May 20-22, 2010 : Conference and on-site registration
