This special workshop covers the key elements of fiction, including plot, characterization, setting, point-of-view, and various story development techniques, as well as publication markets.
The online course covers - Story Openings, Character Development I-Physical Description, Story Endings, Character Development II-Tastes, Habits, Routines, Character DevelopmentIII-III-Values, Voice, Ways of Thinking, Setting, Point of View/Narrative Voice, Conflict, Tension, Plot, Structure, Dialogue, Approaching the Marketplace and more.
The goal is to complete or rewrite three stories of average length. Enrollment limited to 15 students.
