We (a colleague and I) are assembling a panel regarding "Presidentially or executively driven policy" for the 2010 Policy History Conference during the last week in May. Paper/ panel submissions are due by December 30, 2009. Therefore, we would need to hear from you one week prior to the submission date. My colleague examines several areas of foreign policy and my research is focused on illicit substance control. We are looking for 2 possibly 3 (and a discussant) more papers.
