The Keys to Internalization of the Spanish Enterprise: A Dynamic and

The Universidad Complutense of Madrid is proud to present the website of the
Kise Project (The Keys to Internalization of the Spanish Enterprise: A Dynamic and
Conceptual Analysis), directed by Pr. Nùria Puig. The project aims to identify and
to explain the keys to the internationalization of the Spanish firm in the long run
and from a comparative perspective. The main hypothesis is that the current
internationalization has been the result of a previous and complex learning
process, strongly influenced by foreign direct investment and national business
culture. The period under study, from the 1880s to the present, involves the
diffusion of the second and the third industrial revolutions in Spain. People who
are interested in this project are invited to visit the site, recently posted , and to
