Graduate student participants are sought for a panel on the end of the world for participation in the Mid-American Humanities Conference "Downward Spirals?: Thinking about 'Crisis' Across the Disciplines," to be held at the University of Kansas April 3rd, 2010.

how religions cope with the failure of prophesy
One presenter (okay, it's me) will speak about the Obama presidency as a "sign of the times" in right-wing Christianity.
