This graduate student conference is intended to bring together undergraduate students, graduate students, and local faculty to discuss a range of issues concerning globalism, communication, rhetoric, and scholarship, as well as providing a forum for students to present quality presentations in a range of disciplines. Abstracts from graduate students are encouraged on all topics, although proposals on global and intercultural topics are particularly welcomed. Proposals for all disciplines associated with the arts, humanities, engineering, education, and the social and hard sciences are encouraged. Presentations from exceptional undergraduates are also encouraged.
Abstracts of 100-200 words for a 15-20 minute paper should be e-mailed (strongly preferred) to Victor Scherb at victor scherb@uttyler.edu.
