6th Triennial Meeting

Three years ago, ASDAH convened on the campus of Oakwood University, and now Washington Adventist University will host the 6th Triennial conference in March 2010. The campus of Washington Adventist University is near the seat of the U.S. government, as well as the center of international politics. The conference theme is, “Globalization, Urbanization, and the Adventist Community.” The call for papers is extended to all history scholars, collegiate and secondary educators, as well as novices in historical research to participate, present, and attend the conference.
The deadline for a brief abstract, title of the paper, and a short biographical sketch is December 15, 2009 by the close of business. All materials can be electronically sent to: Dr. Joan Francis at jfrancis@wau.edu or Dr. Douglas Morgan at dmorgan@wau.edu. If the paper is accepted, then, the entire scholarly paper must be submitted no later than January 30, 2010.
