The University of Michigan European History Workshop invites proposals for panels or papers on any topic in Medieval, Early-Modern, and Modern European History for our March 20, 2010 graduate conference. (Themes might include but are not limited to: borderlands, cities, ecology, migration, citizenship…)

We welcome submissions from graduate students at all stages of their studies.

For paper submissions, please send a one-page abstract and one-page CV.
For panel submissions of three papers organized around a common theme, please note the title of the panel and include a one-page abstract and one-page CV from each participant. If you have a chairperson or discussant, please include their CVs with your submission. Otherwise, we can provide a chair and commentator.
