IALAP (International Law and Policy Association) holds its inaugural meeting, ˇ§Impacting Law and Policy: American and International Framesˇ¨ at the National Education Association headquarters on December 2 -3, 2008. The IALAP invites all interested law and policy historians, scholars, analysts and activists to attend. The goal of the IALAP is to provide interdisciplinary analysis and multi-faceted advocacy to law and policy issues that affect both the U.S. and the world in the areas of health care, international relations, labor, and education.
