We are seeking article proposals from colleagues at all kinds of libraries (all sizes of academic libraries, public libraries, and international libraries) about patron-initiated collection development such as experiences with allowing patron use or selection to drive acquisition of electronic books.
Submissions that are accepted will be published in v. 35, no. 3/4 of Collection Management in 2010.
Deadlines
November 13, 2009: Submit a one-page abstract with the title and proposed article idea. Your full contact information may appear on a separate page, but please include your name, institution, and email address on the abstract page.
December 4, 2009: Editors will notify authors whether proposals have been accepted.
February 28, 2010: Submit completed article (10-25 double spaced pages).
