The Black Sea Link Fellowship Program, sponsored by the VolkswagenStiftung (Hannover, Germany), targets talented young researchers from Moldova, the Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as from other regions around the Black Sea. The grants allow fellows to work on projects of their choice while in residence in Bucharest, Romania, at the New Europe College-Institute for Advanced Study.
