A 6-day cultural-culinary seminar organized by Crete's Culinary Sanctuaries Eco-Agritourism Network. This exciting educational program is designed for outdoor adventure lovers to explore Crete's cultural and natural treasures with resident specialists (in botany, geology, natural park managers). Along the way, we'll meet organic farmers, cheese makers, vintners, olive oil producers and many other artisan food producers.
