Call for papers for The Sixteeenth Annual Tri-University History Conference to be held at the University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, Canada on Saturday 27 February 2010. We welcome proposals for individual papers and complete panels from graduate students and established scholars in all fields and especially from those examining the history of minority groups, human and civil rights, and state power.
