The Institute of Caribbean Studies invites to two lectures by Albert Ramdin, Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of the American States, on Friday, October 23. The first lecture, OAS POLICIES AND PRACTICES TOWARDS NATURAL DISASTERS IN THE CARIBBEAN, will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 m., at the CRA 108 Amphitheater, Carmen Rivera de Alvarado Building, Faculty of Social Sciences. The second, THE OAS AND SMALL STATES: THE CRISIS OF HONDURAS, will be held in Room L2, Law Faculty, UPR-RP.
