Articles are hereby invited from scholars, researchers, theatre administrators, critics and practitioners, for publication in the newly established bi-annual journal, the West Africa Theatre and Performing Arts Journal.
The journal is currently being administered by Theatre Studies Department of the University of Cape Coast and the Performing Arts Department of the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
Articles from researcher on West Africa Theatre and Performing Arts may be based on any of the following topics:

2. Theories and principles of West African performances.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
1. Articles must be original, properly researched and must not have been submitted for publication elsewhere.
2. Articles for WAPAJO should be 5000 words at least, and technical reports should have a minimum of 2500 words. All articles should be between 10 and 20 pages.
3. Articles should be presented in standard references MLA/APA format. Articles with incomplete referencing will be rejected.
4. Submission must be in both hard and electronic copies (Microsoft Word document). At least 4 hard copies are required.
5. All articles should be submitted on A4 double spaced lines and single –spaced quotations including endnotes.
6. Submission must include three stamped envelopes for postage as well as for acknowledgement of receipt of papers.

ABSTRACT
Each paper should contain an abstract of not more than two hundred words. Manuscript should indicate the title of the paper, authors name and address, e-mail address and telephone numbers on a separate cover page.
