I organize a panel "Fascism, Legacy of WWII and Youth Culture in the Soviet Bloc" about fascism as ideology and cultural practices, legacy of war and youth culture in the socialist countries during the Cold War.
My own paper will be about KGB persecutions of "fascist punks,"national identity and problems of human rights in Soviet Ukraine, 1980-1986.
