November marks the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. WAC-DC workshop participants will spend the day exploring the events leading up to this pivotal moment and assessing the ripple effects felt across Europe and throughout the world. The workshop will feature expert speakers, useful classroom resources, multi-media presentations and lesson plans for use and adaptation.
This event will be held in cooperation with the German Information Center and will include
a presentation by an Embassy member, and a curriculum expert.
