The goal of the Congress is to bring together leading professionals and researchers in the field of exercise and sport sciences, in order to stimulate discussion on the latest innovations in these areas. The Congress will focus on the following themes: Applications of Science in Competitive Sports; Exercise, Fitness and Nutrition; Exercise in Childhood and Adolescence; Physical Activity, Aging and Health; Public Health Aspects of Physical Activity; Behavioral Aspects in Sports Management; Physical Activity and Genetics; A Complex Systems Approach to Exercise and Sport; Sports History (ISHPES Seminar).
