Medieval Forum, a website dedicated to scholarship in the study of medieval literature and related studies, presents a special edition of Middle English romances and complaint literature in translation. Intended to introduce these important groups of works to readers who would not encounter them elsewhere or study them in the original text, these translations are drawn from a wide variety of genres and accompanied by background material and commentaries. They are well suited to a broad range of disciplines such as English and comparative literature, cultural studies, history, humanities, and medieval and early modern studies, and will also have appeal to the general reader interested in the period.
