Applications are now being accepted for Creative Writing Semester in Israel.
Starting this February, Bar-Ilan University will host the first and only fully-accredited creative writing undergraduate program in English in Israel. Please announce to your students.
What is CWSI?
Through coursework, trips, guest lectures, and cultural performances, students will spend the Spring semester exploring the connections between writing, Jewish Studies, personal identity, and the experience of living in Israel.
The program is currently accepting applications and MASA scholarships are available.
Time:
Spring Semester, 2010. Admission is rolling, but it is suggested that students apply as soon as possible.
I will be on the East Coast for the month of September and would be happy to meet faculty and students in person to discuss the program.
