The conference on June 24-27, 2010 at Bennington College, will include papers of both scholarly and general interest to a broad audience. Paper proposals will be reviewed on the basis of: relevance to the conference theme; potential for generating discussion and feedback during sessions, balance with other proposals and the potential for novel insights into the phenomenon of Sherlock Holmes. Papers, approximately 20 minutes in length, will be joined into panels. Complete panels with three or four presenters may also be proposed. A selection of papers will be chosen for publication following the conference.
