The Cinema Studies Graduate Student Association at San Francisco State University, is proud to announce its 11th annual film conference for 2009. This year our theme is liminality in cinematic media. Everyone is welcome to attend this event, so please spread the word!
The keynote speaker for the conference will be Rick Prelinger, and include presentations from people whose topics explore issues that range from technological discordance, globalization, phenomenology, sexuality, and ethnic marginality.
The conference will last three days, from Oct. 15th to Oct. 17th, and take place in FA (Fine Arts) 101 of the Coppola Theater.
