Join chocolate expert Gene Bohensky and Rose City Chocolatier for a tasty evening of chocolate. Learn all about the history of chocolate and the many different chocolate making processes used in the past and today. Guests will also have the opportunity to sample a variety of delicious Belgian chocolates. Rose City Chocolatier chocolates will also be available for purchase. Space is limited.
