Conference Overview
The conference invites papers, abstracts, case studies and panel discussions from global scholars and practitioners from academia, business, government, and nonprofit organizations to provide a platform for presentation and dialogue between businesses and educators to develop best practices and identify issues in the business community that could serve as a basis for further research and business solutions. Accepted papers will be considered for the Best Paper Award to be presented during the luncheon on 23rd October, 2009. Accepted papers will also be eligible for publication in the Journal of Global Commerce Research or the Journal of Current Research in Global Business. Accepted papers will need to go a second peer review process prior to publication in any of the above Journals.
Submissions
The conference welcomes submissions from all business disciplines including the environment, marketing, finance, economics, international business, energy, mining, science and engineering.

Presenters have the option to request that their papers be considered for publication in the following double blind peer reviewed journals:

Such papers must not be published or being considered elsewhere. Submissions for these journals are accepted throughout the year. Authors wishing to publish in these journals do not necessarily have to present at any of the conferences by the Global Commerce Forum. Papers selected for publication will be considered for the Best Paper Award to be presented at the conference luncheon. Papers may be submitted electronically (in PDF form) in two copies: one copy containing all the author(s) information including a 250 word bio and the other free of any identifying marks for use by reviewers to Lpowanga@globalcommerceforum.org or info@globalcommerceforum.org.
