Calling all Humanities and Social Sciences scholars,
We kindly request your participation in a survey on digital monographs and Open Access publishing in the Humanities and Social Sciences.
Please follow the link to take the survey:

This survey is conducted by the OAPEN (Open Access Publishing in European Networks - http://www.oapen.org) project. The aim of OAPEN is to develop and implement an Open Access publication model for peer reviewed academic books in HSS to improve the accessibility, impact and relevance of European research in these fields. This is why OAPEN is eager to find out what scholars want from and how they feel about an Open Access publication model for eBooks in HSS. Your views will help shape the debate about new publishing models for academic books in HSS and will be an integral part of the research we are conducting for the OAPEN project.
The survey contains 23 questions and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You can exit the survey at any time.
Thank you in advance for your time.
If you have any questions or concerns,
please contact Janneke Adema (j.t.l.adema@hum.leidenuniv.nl)
Respectfully,
Janneke Adema
