The major theme of the 2009 Worldwide Forum on Education and Culture is on developing practical applications for teaching and learning.
Proposals are welcome from all disciplines and professions on every level of education. We especially invite abstracts in the following fields and subjects:

Please send a 250-word abstract to Conference Founder/Director Bruce C. Swaffield at: brucswa@regent.edu. All those attending the Worldwide Forum on Education and Culture will be invited to submit a manuscript for the published proceedings as well as the juried online journal.
