I wanted to let the group know of the blog Worn Through. I founded this blog about two years ago to promote the discussion of dress and apparel studies and related disciplines.

Since then it has grown to include two additional regular contributors, Heather Vaughan and Lauren Michel, both scholars in California. Together we post daily on subjects such as jobs, conferences, pop culture, media, teaching practices, and our experiences in the academic and museum worlds related to fashion, costume history, dress studies, textiles, design, and anything else on topic.
