This conference will be held by the State Minister of Republic of Macedonia in Istanbul Kultur University. The main topic is about the political competition and social results among the minorities during the 2009 Local Elections. After the 2001 Ohrid Framework Agreement and thanks to Badinter system, Turks became the main minority in Macedonia, but at the same time a kind of political chaos and division has emerged. The conference will enlighten today's political situation.
